Discrete Ideas

“Discrete” can be used to describe items that are separate or distinct, but it’s also used to denote the area of mathematics and computer science which pertain to counting and sets.  This site is dedicated to ideas involving both of those meanings.

Expect to find posts on wildly diverse topics, each with some reference to counting and numbers.  Top 5 or Top 10 lists certainly apply, though so do articles on species population change or military logistics.  So count with me and enjoy.
